Based on the unique NEGOSYSTEM™ model, this course is designed as online workshop which provides students with conceptual frameworks and operational tools to understand and design effective negotiation processes in a complex business environment.

In a unique course design involved SKOLKOVO faculty and, the course will address issues such as negotiating in power imbalance, negotiating in a low-to-no trust environment, and psychological tactics in complex negotiations.

The purpose of this unique course is to provide you with an opportunity to test and challenge your working assumptions about effective negotiations, and to “deep dive” into your own business negotiation challenges with both a team of experts as well as like-minded executives.
