The "You're at the helm" (in Russian “Ты у руля”/”Ti u rulya”) program was created in conjunction with the “Word and Deed” (“Slovom i Delom”) Foundation, a charitable foundation that specializes in helping widows. The foundation's beneficiaries will receive free training under the guidance of the best IMISP teachers, as well as with the support of coaches from the Russian branch of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and IMISP alumni. The knowledge received in marketing, finance, sales and management will help the trainees to start their own business, develop existing businesses or restart their careers.
At the press conference dedicated to the program it was presented by the program ideologist, Rector of IMISP Yaroslav Pavlov, Director of the the “Word and Deed” Foundation Elena Lepeshonok and the leader of the project, IMISP alumna Anastasia Kononova. All the participants of the press conference emphasized that they have no doubt in the efficiency of the tools the program will give to the attendees.
