EU Business School (EU) has signed a new agreement with La Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM) to offer state-recognized MBA programs. The agreement consolidates the partnership between both educational institutions, strengthening their ties and increasing the number of state-accredited programs available to students at EU Business School in Barcelona.

Prestigious Erasmus Mundus status for joint Master degree of Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), the University of Bologna, the University of Oslo, and Erasmus University Rotterdam: consortium receives popular EU funding in the amount of two million euros, gains distinction and is positioned as European lighthouse project in the global higher education sector.

The 4th PRME CEE Chapter regional meeting took place at Prague University of Economics from 30 - 31 of August and gathered participants from Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Latvia.

23rd CEEMAN Case Writing Competition, organized for the tenth time in cooperation with Emerald Group Publishing, attracted sixty-six case study submissions written by 126 authors and co-authors from 25 countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, China, Ethiopia, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Kenya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam). Among the case authors are two IMTA alumni and ten authors come from CEEMAN member schools.

Kozminski University is launching two Ph.D. programs: Finance – Dialogue of Scientific Disciplines and Management in New Technologies, lasting four years.

The International Management Teachers Academy (IMTA) is CEEMAN annual two-week educational course for university professors based IEDC Bled School of Management. It was held from the 10th to the 23th June in Bled (Slovenia). In the Institute of Public and Private Sector Management was represented by Associate professor of Marketing and Trade, responsible for research and rating activities Julia Syaglova and Associate professor of Advertising and Public relations Olga Pichugina.

The International Summer School "We are in the united space" organized by Ulyanovsk Region Corporate University with the participation of CEEMAN (International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies) and the RABE (Russian Association of Business Education) took place in Ulyanovsk from 23d to 30th June.
