The 17th edition of CEEMAN’s IMTA-International Management Teachers Academy that hosted 25 participants from 14 countries, concluded on Thursday, 23 June with the graduation ceremony and a dinner at the spectacular Bled Castle. IMTA is a major hub for faculty development in the area of management education: close to 570 educators from 160 institutions and 49 countries around the world have completed IMTA since 2000.

On 1 June 2016, IEDC-Bled School of Management and CEEMAN received a visit of Dr. Chen Ning, the Executive Chairman of ITTN - International Technology Transfer Network based in China, and Board Partner of Green World Technological Development Co., Ltd., organized by Mr. Jure Tomc, CEO of JT Business Development Ltd (the official partner of ITTN in Central and Eastern Europe). We announce with great pleasure that the CEEMAN Board has been joined by Prof. Nicola Kleyn, dean of the Gordon Institute of Business Science in South Africa, and Dr. Xiaobo Wu, dean of the School of Management at Zhejiang University in China.

For the first time ever, start-ups will be recognized for their contribution to the common good at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management on October 27, 2016. The 1st Public Value Award, a cooperative project of HHL and the auditing and consulting firm EY (Ernst & Young), focuses on the public value of entrepreneurship.
