On December 12, 2015 the international community of nations agreed to a ground-breaking global climate treaty. It is the first time that all 195 participating countries are committed by contract to make efforts in the fight against global warming. The agreement provides for a limit global warming to 1.5 to 2 degrees and financial and technical support for developing countries.

CEEMAN as the PRME Steering Committee Member believes action is urgent and invites CEEMAN members to join the call.

CEEMAN is delighted to announce that during CEEMAN ExEd Forum which was held in Izmir from 5-6 November 2015, Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin (hereinafter: Ural Federal University) and CEEMAN signed the agreement on conducting CEEMAN accreditation. It is foreseen that the site visit to Ural Federal University, located in Ekaterinburg in Russia, will be held during the following year.
