Russia climbed to the top half of the list and took 65th place.

On March 18, 2021, the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business adopted the Strategy 2030. The strategy forms the framework for key initiatives and projects which will contain detailed goals, measures, and budgets assigned to them. On May 20, 2021, the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business issued an ordinance on the implementation of the Strategy 2030.
