MIM Business School has launched a strategic partnership with the Academy of Management (AOM, USA), one of the most influential international professional communities in the field of management, uniting more than 21,000 members in over 120 countries. This cooperation marks a new stage in the international development of MIM and is a significant contribution to the advancement of the Ukrainian business community as a whole. 

The partnership provides MIM’s faculty, researchers, and doctoral students with access to contemporary scientific practices, global research methodologies, and innovative approaches to management education. It creates new opportunities to join specialized international academic communities, participate in leading professional events, and present Ukrainian research within the framework of the AOM Annual Meeting - the world’s largest academic conference on management. 

In the context of the full-scale war against Ukraine, this collaboration has particular importance. Support from international partners, access to unique knowledge, and inclusion in global professional networks directly contribute to the resilience of Ukrainian higher education and science. Through cooperation with AOM, MIM strengthens the presence of Ukrainian management thought in the world, promotes the development of management research in Ukraine, and contributes to improving the quality of teaching.
