MIM Kyiv Business School recently held a graduation ceremony for participants of its Reintegration Policy Management (RMP) program, an initiative dedicated to addressing reintegration challenges in Ukraine. The event brought together graduates, faculty, and leading experts to celebrate the program’s success and discuss its significant impact on reintegration strategies nationwide. This initiative was made possible with the support of the Office of the President of Ukraine and USAID/OTI.
The RMP program, developed by MIM Kyiv Business School, focuses on equipping professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to design and implement effective reintegration policies. Over the course of the program, participants engaged in comprehensive training, including workshops, expert-led sessions, real-world case studies, and the defense of their projects. These experiences prepared them to undertake complex challenges related to regional development, social cohesion, and post-war recovery.
During the ceremony, speakers emphasized the critical role of reintegration policies in Ukraine’s future, particularly in fostering unity and sustainable development in regions affected by the war. Graduates were commended for their dedication and readiness to contribute to national and local initiatives aimed at strengthening reintegration frameworks.
Graduates of the program are expected to take on leadership roles in government, international organizations, and the private sector, contributing to Ukraine’s efforts to build a more cohesive and resilient society.
