The European Academy of Management is proud to announce the 14th edition of the EURAM Early Career Colloquium (EECC), supported by Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Management and Economics, 13-15th March 2023. Are you an Early-career academic? Are you interested in conducting impactful research in business or management? Do you want to extend your expertise in conducting research, navigating the publication process, and developing your network?

The contemporary world is facing various “grand” challenges, including climate change, social inequalities, conflicts, and health crises. This is why we hope early-career academics will be interested in researching important topics related to these challenges, helping society understand them, and contributing solutions to problems in their areas of expertise.

The European Academy of Management Early Career Network invites Postdocs, recently appointed Lecturers, and Assistant Professors in management and cognate fields of research to the 14th edition of the EURAM Early Career Colloquium (EECC).

The key objective of the colloquium is to offer a platform for early-career management scholars. This year we will focus specifically on conducting impactful and relevant research. During the event, there will be opportunities for:

  • Discussing and developing your research ideas
  • Seeking expert advice on career development
  • Developing a dynamic and successful research trajectory
  • Building international relations and exploring possibilities for future collaborations
