Throughout the week-long Summer School in Riga, students deepened their understanding of sustainability through a rich program that combined both theoretical and practical learning. FEEM faculty members, together with representatives from partner institutions, delivered engaging lectures on topics such as "From MDGs to SDGs: A Journey Toward Global Sustainability," "The Role of Diversity Management in Building Resilient Organizations," and "Business Ethics: What Is the Right Thing to Do?".
But it wasn’t just about lectures. RTU FEEM designed a dynamic experience for participants, including group work, debates, interactive discussions, and the much-enjoyed "City Game" – a scenario-based activity exploring ethical dilemmas and SDG-related challenges.
The Summer School welcomed students from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), Lodz University of Technology in Poland (Politechnika Łódzka), and from RTU’s FEEM.
