Over the course of five weeks, 82 participants completed the training, divided into five study groups. The program brought together managers at various levels, corporate psychologists, and heads of the company’s trade union organizations. Participants explored modern approaches to leadership, employee motivation, conflict management, negotiation, and the development of personal and team resilience.
The training was delivered by KROK Business School faculty members and experts: Olena Halushko, Ruslan Lemeshchuk, Oksana Sedashova, Nataliia Kalinina, and Olha Vasylets. The program combined theoretical knowledge with a substantial number of practical case studies and exercises, enabling participants to immediately apply and practice the tools they had acquired in management situations.
The corporate program “Team, Human Capital, and Conflict Management. Negotiation and Resilience” brought together representatives from various professional fields to develop modern management competencies, leadership skills, and effective collaboration.
