The “Managerial School 4.0” Program for Credit Agricole Bank from KROK Business School

KROK Business School successfully completed the implementation of the special program “Managerial School 4.0”, designed specifically for Credit Agricole Bank managers. Throughout the program, participants deepened their knowledge of modern management approaches, effective communication, creative and design thinking, AI as a tool for digital thinking, delegation and teamwork, self-assessment and self-reflection, resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership competency development.

KROK Business School successfully completed the implementation of the special program “Managerial School 4.0”, designed specifically for Credit Agricole Bank managers. Throughout the program, participants deepened their knowledge of modern management approaches, effective communication, creative and design thinking, AI as a tool for digital thinking, delegation and teamwork, self-assessment and self-reflection, resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership competency development. 

The seven-month program combined four two-day interactive sessions, five webinars, and work on real business tasks, enabling participants to gain new knowledge, useful insights, develop social skills, and immediately apply them in their professional activities. 

The closing of the program was accompanied by an official ceremony, took place at the bank’s headquarters. Participants were congratulated on their successful completion by Carlos De Cordu, Chairman of the Bank’s Board, Olha Karpova, Executive Director of KROK Business School, and Oksana Sedashova, Associate Professor and trainer of the Creative Thinking module. KROK Business School expresses its gratitude to Oksana Demchenko, Oksana Sedashova, Olena Halushko, and Halyna Sienohonova for creating the content and implementing the “Managerial School 4.0” program. The culmination was the ceremonial moment of awarding diplomas to the program graduates. This is not only confirmation of successful completion but also a symbol of readiness for new managerial challenges.
