For the first three years of their studies, students attend classes on the Vistula campus in Warsaw, following a curriculum supplemented with selected courses taught by Post University professors. They spend their final year in the United States, on the Post University campus, combining academic learning with direct exposure to the U.S. business culture.
Participants benefit from an international faculty that brings together European and American approaches to management and finance. They gain a unique combination of the analytical rigor typical of European programs and the practical innovativeness characteristic of American institutions. The program is designed for future managers, analysts, finance professionals, and individuals planning to start their own businesses in an international environment.
An important advantage of the program is that graduates will hold a diploma from an accredited American university, giving them full access to the U.S. job market and significantly strengthening their position in the global market. Thanks to the integration of the U.S. study year into the AFiB Vistula curriculum, this solution is also considerably more cost-effective than traditional four-year studies abroad.
This partnership reflects our commitment to building bridges between Europe and the United States and preparing our students for a truly global future. We are confident that the program will attract ambitious, high-achieving students seeking the best of both worlds—European excellence and American innovation,” emphasizes the Rector and Professor of the University, Dr. hab. Wawrzyniec Konarski.
The first recruitment for the program is planned for March 2026, with applications opening at the beginning of 2026. In the following years, AFiB Vistula anticipates further strengthening its cooperation with Post University, including joint research projects, faculty exchange, and the development of new interdisciplinary study programs.
