Every day the participants paid a visit to international companies, which all lead the way in the implementation of modern management solutions. Among those, mentioned above, are:
- Business Center Club,
- ITSS, CloudTeam (IT training company),
- CloudFerro Technological Company,
- Entrepreneurial Integrator.
This in-the-field experience, no doubt, allowed the course participants to acquire valuable know-how skills and insight into various core aspects of managerial work as seen from the perspective of Polish IT companies.
To solidify the participants’ knowledge, a series of interactive classes was organized each day, including but not limited to:
- Value Based Management,
- New Technologies in Project and Process Management,
- Business in Cloud.
The classes were prepared by the leading experts, inclusive of PhD. Krzysztof Rychlicki-Kicior, the Computer Science Department Dean at UEHS.
Apart from studying, the course program included visiting some of the biggest and ever so fast developing Polish cities - Warsaw, Kraków and Wieliczka – which was aimed at broadening the participants’ knowledge on Polish history and traditions in order to get a better understanding of local code of business conduct.
