Dear CEEMAN Members and Partners, We are pleased to announce the Call for Contributions for the Poster Session for Faculty and Researchers, which will take place during the 33rd CEEMAN Annual Conference, scheduled for 24–26 September 2025 in Durres, Albania.

This year’s CEEMAN Annual Conference, titled “The Role of Business Schools in a New World Order,” will bring together leaders in management education, business, and policy to reflect on the evolving role of academia in times of complexity and transformation.

About the Poster Session

Moderated by CEEMAN Board member Prof. Zoltan Buzady, Professor, Corvinus University of Budapest, the Poster Session serves as a dynamic platform for faculty and researchers to present their latest pedagogical innovations, ongoing or completed research, and practical tools that contribute to the advancement of management, leadership, and sustainable development.

This engaging format offers contributors the opportunity to:

  • Showcase innovative teaching practices and learning tools;
  • Share research findings with a diverse international audience;
  • Promote practical solutions to challenges faced in management education;
  • Engage in intellectual exchange and peer feedback;
  • Build meaningful connections and collaborations across the CEEMAN network.

We especially welcome contributions that resonate with the conference theme and address:

  • Management education
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Leadership

Who Should Apply?

We invite faculty members, researchers, doctoral students, and educators from CEEMAN member and partner institutions, as well as other interested scholars, to submit their work.

Whether you are working on a research project, have developed a new course, or are experimenting with innovative learning approaches, the Poster Session is your chance to share your ideas and gain visibility within a global community of practice.

Why This Matters — Especially for Deans and Directors

The Poster Session is not only a platform for presenting innovative academic work – it is a strategic opportunity for Deans and Directors to showcase their institution’s best faculty and integrate them into CEEMAN’s vibrant international community.

By nominating and supporting your top academic staff to participate, you help them:

ü  Gain international exposure and recognition;

ü  Engage in direct dialogue with academic leaders;

ü  Build collaborations beyond disciplinary boundaries;

ü  Present new academic offerings (courses, methods, research) to a broader and influential audience.

And at the same time, you strengthen your institution’s visibility, prestige, and reputation within the CEEMAN network.

How to Participate

  1. Submit an Abstract: Send a description of your poster presentation by 5 August 2025 to Prof. Zoltan Buzady at zoltan@buzady.hu. Your abstract should include the sub-track, topic, key aspects, and relevance to the conference theme. All submissions will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference. Notifications about the acceptance of your submission are typically provided within 7 days. This approach is intended to help participants plan their travel arrangements accordingly.
