On December 14, Almaty Management University, represented by the School of Media and Film, as well as the Center for Creative Industries, in partnership with Kazakhfilm Film Studio named after Shaken Aimanov and the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation, held an International scientific and practical conference on the topic: “Media and Film are the leading creative industries in Kazakhstan”. It was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On December 11, 2021 AlmaU hosted the official presentation of the book “Searching for an effective model of Kazakhstani University”, collectively written by authors from 12 Kazakhstani universities and published by AlmaU. The book is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Riga Technical University (RTU) has increased its position in the GreenMetric World University Rankings and has become the 50th greenest university in the world. RTU is still the only Latvian higher education institution that is rated so high, because no other Latvian and Baltic higher education institution has been able to rank among the 400 greenest universities.

On December 22nd, the Polish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA) postgraduate program offered at SGH. Under the agreement, PCCC became a strategic partner of the CEMBA program.
