Described by the Financial Times as the program for "the infantry that wins the war", the seminar is aimed at developing operational excellence in business schools and management development institutions and has educated so far over 500 participants from 162 institutions in 41 countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic all Business Schools face new challenges for digital and online teaching. Effective online teaching often requires more planning and more effort than in-person teaching. Therefore, BA School of Business and Finance (BA SBF) invests not only in digital technology but also in the application of online teaching methods for its study programmes, thus increasing the capacity of academic staff, says Dr. Liga Peiseniece, rector of BA SBF.
