Paul Matthyssens, prior Dean of Antwerp Management School and a Full Professor of Strategic Management at University of Antwerp, together with the Dean of IEDC- Bled School of Management and CEEMAN President Danica Purg, co-developed an intensive and highly interactive three-day program designed to make Program and Project Managers more effective in handling their increasingly demanding and complex responsibilities.

The entire academic program of IMTA is delivered by a small team of six international and highly respected management educators who look for opportunities to achieve a high level of program integrity through shared sessions and commitment to follow the progress and professional development of participants during the full two weeks of the course and often in post-course mentoring.
