The higher education industry is undergoing major changes, especially in Russia. Students need to acquire practical skills, companies are looking to hire thinking experts, and experts want to keep developing. During a discussion held by SKOLKOVO School of Management, industry experts spoke about how universities respond to requests and how the system is changing.

According to the experts from SKOLKOVO School of Management, there are now four large ecosystems in Russia that compete with each other in many areas - Sberbank, Yandex, MTS and VK (previously Mail.ru Group). In the coming years, the number of ecosystems will grow, the School predicts, but some of them will try to avoid the name “ecosystem”.

Oleksandr Sudarkin, MIM-Kyiv professor of leadership and organizational communications joined the Experts’ Council at the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. Together with other prominent Ukrainian scholars who specialize in veterans’ affairs, he would participate in advising activities aimed at veterans’ rehabilitation, adaptation, and integration into civilian life.

Professor Andrzej K. Koźmiński, founder and long-time rector of Kozminski University, received the title of doctor honoris causa of the University of Warsaw on 16 February 2022. The decision to bestow the honorary title was made unanimously by the University Senate.

Two events took place in February under the organization of IMISP Alumni Club.
