CEEMAN is glad to introduce Higher Ed Partners as the sponsor of the 29th CEEMAN Annual Conference, taking place on 22-24 September 2021 at MIB Trieste School of Management (Trieste, Italy and online).

Launched in 2010, the annual CEEMAN Champions Awards recognize and promote outstanding achievements of faculty, management, and staff from CEEMAN member institutions in the categories of teaching, research, institutional management, and responsible management education.

The 27th CEEMAN Case Writing Competition was organized for the fifteenth time in cooperation with Emerald Group Publishing. A total number of 53 case studies from 17 countries (Cyprus, Hungary, India, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Latvia, Lebanon, Macao, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, UK, and Ukraine.) were submitted for the competition.

Riga Technical University (RTU) Professional Bachelor`s and Master`s programmes «Administration of Customs and Taxes» have received recognition from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union. European Commission recognises the programmes delivered by the RTU International Business and Customs Institute of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management as high-quality Customs related programmes that are in line with the EU Competency Framework for the Customs profession.

The Academic staff of the BA School of Business and Finance in collaboration with Rīga Stradiņš University starts the new academic year 2021/2022 with professional development training and sharing experience during the training activities “The Development of Technologies and their use in the Study process and Business environment” from August 26- 30,2021.

This year, for the first time in CEEMAN’s history, Program Management Seminar was re-designed for an online format to allow flexibility and global participation. After completing the module 1 last week (25-27 Aug), we can proudly say that the new format is a big success.
