On October 29, Caucasus University, Tbilisi Vano Sarajishvili State Conservatory, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Georgian National University signed a memorandum of cooperation. The project, which will be implemented under this Memorandum, includes the digitization, processing and publication of the unique audio and video archive materials at the Conservatory.

Gdańsk University of Technology (GUT), together with the ERASMUS+ Project Strengthening Governance Capacity for Smart Sustainable Cities (CAP4CITY), is starting the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) of Open and Smart Government. The course is completely free, taught in English, with the option of downloading the presentations and subtitles.

An Erasmus+ project led by Faculty of Management and Economics Gdańsk University of Technology seeks better integration of the topic of sustainability into higher education studies. Gdańsk University of Technology begins a 35-month European Union funded Erasmus+ project named TOO4TO (Tools for Tomorrow), which will be running until August 2023 in co-operation with three European strategic partner institutions.

On October 27, a capsule throw ceremony to celebrate laying the foundation of a new campus and a school of Caucasus University in Batumi was held. The event was attended by representatives of Ajara AR government and of Caucasus University as well as by other invited guests. The attending public was addressed by the head of Adjara AR government, Mr. Tornike Rijvadze, by President of Caucasus University and of the International Association of University Presidents Mr. Kakha Sengelia and other governmental representatives.

Caucasus University and the University of Central Florida signed an agreement on strategic partnership aiming at delivering a joint master’s degree Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management meeting modern international standards. The program will allow its students to acquire theoretical knowledge from the local and international specialists of the field and visit Rosen College of Hospitality Management for internships.

On September 17, Caucasus University was visited by the Executive Director of the United Nations World Tourism Organization, Mr. Zhu Shanzhong, who personally awarded the University with the TEDQUAL certificate obtained by CTS (Caucasus Tourism Sschool) Bachelor’s Program in Tourism.
