In a momentous ceremony held at the IEDC - Bled School of Management, Professor Xiaobo WU from Zhejiang University was conferred with the esteemed title of Doctor Honoris Causa. This prestigious recognition, bestowed upon him by the renowned institution, stands as a testament to his exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.

For two years now, since the war in Ukraine, Riga Technical University (RTU) has been supporting Ukrainian students, lecturers and scientists who have taken refuge in Latvia and continue their work and studies here. RTU will continue to support Ukraine until the end of the war and beyond, when it is time to rebuild the country and repair the damage caused by the war.

With the support of the «PROTOTECH» programme, Riga Technical University (RTU) has prototyped two more innovations: an engineering device that connects fibreglass reinforcement bars with a specifically designed polymer compound to create a reinforcement mesh; and a new device for musicians that will provide a wireless instrument connection, monitoring system and digital mixing console all in one product.

MIM Business School launched two new cohorts in February: a Senior Executive MBA for executives and its 35th MBA group, emphasizing education's transformative power. President Iryna Tykhomyrova stressed growth through learning and community, with inaugural lectures by Viktor Pynzenyk. The programs aim to inspire strategic innovation and exceed student expectations.

This collaboration represents a significant advancement in promoting ethical leadership within the field of management education.

The first such center in Poland, the Polish Centre for Olympic Studies and Research was inaugurated on December 12th at the University of Warsaw, marking the commencement of collaborative efforts between the university and the Polish Olympic Committee for Olympic Studies and Research.
